Eden Festival is held at Raehill’s Estate, just outside Moffat in Dumfries and Galloway, South West Scotland, DG11 1ET.

By Train
The nearest train station’s to Eden are Lockerbie (12miles) and Dumfries (15miles), both have good links to stations over the UK. Glasgow and Edinburgh are both roughly 1 hour from Lockerbie. London to Lockerbie is a direct train route, taking around 4 hours.

By Bus
The festival site is on a public bus route, the stop is called ‘St Ann’s’ and it is on both the X74 route to/from Glasgow/Dumfries and the 101 via St Ann’s to/from Edinburgh/Dumfries, please find bus timetable information here
Once you get to the bus stop please wait for the Eden shuttle bus to take you down to the ticket office, this will be running constantly throughout the weekend during ticket office opening times.

By Car
Eden is very easily accessible, only eight miles from the M74, north bound and south bound motorway traffic should exit at Moffat and head towards Dumfries along the A701, following the official road signs.
It’s just over an hour’s drive from Glasgow and Edinburgh and only a 40 minute drive from Carlisle.
We recommend that you purchase a vehicle parking ticket online before arriving at the festival, both weekend and day parking is available.
We would encourage as many attendees to use public transport if possible, as this significantly reduces your carbon footprint. Personal Assistant Tickets
We offer a complimentary ticket for Personal Assistants (PAs), supporting documentation is required from the accessible ticket holder in order to issue. Accepted forms of supporting documentation must show your full name and can be one of the below;

DLA
Blue badge parking & photo ID
Medical professionals letter
D/deaf or blind registration

Site Access
The festival is held at Raehills Estate which is a greenfields site with varying conditions, there are some hardcore paths throughout but most of the festival takes place on grassland so all terrain wheelchairs would be required. Most of the festival is also open air so ground conditions are heavily effected by the weather, if its rainy then expect there to be mud. The boardwalk stage is in the woodland on rougher ground amongst the trees, and the paths are created from woodchip so this area may be difficult to navigate in wheelchairs even in good weather. There are no accessible toilets in the woodland area due to no vehicle access. At night time all over the site there is low lighting due to the installations.

Medication
We supply a medical fridge and safe storage in the Medical & Welfare Tent. Please bring your medication in a clearly labelled container and you will be asked to sign it in and out. Even if you do not need to use medical storage, visit our helpful medical team and let them know of any medical issues or equipment you use and where you are camped so that we can assist you should the need arise. Your information will be kept confidential.

Facilities
We have a dedicated accessible campsite and car park which is located by the main arena and all Personal Assistant Ticket holders will be contacted before the festival to find out if you require a spot to be saved for you. Access
Festival Weekend Tickets will give access to all areas of the festival including the campsite from Friday 13th June at 10am until midday on Monday 16th June. Day Tickets will grant you access to all areas of the festival from midday on the selected day until midday the next day. Day ticket holders are allowed to camp over night on their selected day but must be gone by midday the following day. Thursday bolt-on tickets can be purchased if you want to arrive a day early to pitch up and enjoy an extra night of entertainment. Thursday bolt-on tickets will allow access to the campsite at 2pm on Thursday 12th of June, the festival arena will then open at 7pm.

Age Restrictions
Eden Festival is a family friendly festival and the safety and wellbeing of our young attendees is of upmost importance. For this reason teen and child tickets can only be purchased alongside an adult ticket and we request that all under 18’s are accompanied to the festival by a parent or guardian who is over 21 years old, they will not be able to enter the festival site otherwise.

Box Office Opening Times
The gates to the Eden Campsite swing open at 2pm on Thursday 12th June and close again at midday on the Monday, 16th June.

Box office opening times are as follows;
Thursday 12th 2pm – 10pm
Friday 13th 10am – 10pm
Saturday 14th 10am – 10pm
Sunday 15th 10am – 6pm
Please do not arrive out with these times as you will not be able to enter the site!

First Aid & Welfare

The festival will provide experienced first aiders on site, accompanied by a full ambulance team – familiarise yourself with the Medical tent location once you get on site! We will also have an experienced welfare team on hand if you need someone to speak to, take a breather or just have a moment to yourself. They have a huge amount of experience dealing with all sorts of issues so please go and see them if you need any supoort wich things such as, lost people/children, suncream, feeling unwell or lost. All are open 24 hours a day!

Security

Security on site will be on hand to help not hinder your festival experience. Festival Stewards will also be liaising with the security. Look for the high vis butlers..!

Lost Property

Any lost property will be handed into the info point and available to collect until midday on monday 16th of June, after this point any remaining Lost Property will be taken to to Lockerbie Police Station, you can contact us to redeem these at [email protected].

Facilities

There will be stalls to charge your phone, lockers to leave your valuables and a small corner shop open 18 hours a day in case you forget any essentials.
Showers are also available on site for £4, you can find them at the Main Campsite.

Age Policy

Challenge 25 operates on all gates as well as all bars. If you have purchased an adult ticket and are fortunate enough to look under the age of the 25, you will be required to provide ID that proves your age. If you cannot provide ID, you may be refused entry into the festival site. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket holding guardian who is over 21 years old.

Drug Policy

Eden Festival is a family friendly event and has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to the use or sale of controlled or illegal substances. Thorough searches will be carried out by security staff at the entrance to the festival. Any person refusing such a search will not be allowed entry to the festival.

Alcohol Policy

Ticket holders are allowed to bring their own alcohol into the festival campsites, but not the main festival arena.

Crime & Antisocial Behaviour

Your safety is our top priority at Eden Festival. If you witness or are a victim of a crime or antisocial behavior, please report it immediately to festival staff or security – they are here to assist you.
Avoid calling 999 directly. Instead, rely on our internal emergency fire, medical, and security teams, who can respond swiftly to any situation. In the unlikely event that we need external assistance from local emergency services, we have direct links to ensure a coordinated and effective response. Your cooperation ensures a safer and more secure festival experience for everyone.

Q. Can I buy day tickets?

A: Yes, day tickets are available from our website.

Q. How do I know when my favourite act is on?

A: We will release information about what day each act is playing nearer the time of the festival.

Q. How does the e-ticket system work?

A: Upon buying a ticket online, you should receive a confirmation text and email with a unique barcode. You must be able to provide this barcode, your name, email address and postcode. If you have bought tickets for other people, they will have to provide the same information – this means you can arrive at the gate at different times. Please keep your ticket information confidential, we’re not liable if someone else uses your ticket.

Q. How do I get help with buying more tickets?

A: Please phone our online ticket seller with your first ticket’s reference number which you should have received in an email. They can be reached on 0121 472 6688. All under 18′s will not be allowed admission to the festival unless accompanied by an over 21 year old.

Q. What do the ticket tiers mean?

A: All tickets are the same through all tiers. It’s a system which means those who buy their tickets earlier will get more of a discount. There is a limit to the amount of tickets, so it’s best to buy sooner rather than later to get the best deal!

Q. When will the campsite and festival open?

A: The campsite will open at 2pm on Thursday 12th June with the main arena opening later at 7pm.

Q. Can I bring glass on site?

A: We do not permit the use of glass in the festival arena.

Q. Is there a limit to quantity of alcohol I can bring?

A: We promote responsible drinking and request you bring alcohol for personal use only. Attendees will not be permitted to bring their own alcohol into the festival arena but can consume it in the campsites.

Q. Where do I camp with a campervan/trailer tent/caravan/awning etc?

A: If your accommodation for the weekend is connected to your vehicle or on a trailer, we request that you book a space in the caravan and campervan parking area. The spaces are limited to please go to our Buy Tickets page to book a spot.

Q. Can we have a tent next to our campervan?

A: No. For safety reasons we don’t allow tents in the campervan parking area.

Q. Is there dedicated accessible camping/parking?

A: Yes; there is dedicated accessible parking located next to the accessible camping which is the closest camping to the festival arena. If you want to book a spot please contact [email protected]

Q. Is the site accessible by wheelchair?

The accessibility of the site is weather dependent, if it’s very wet, the site can get extremely muddy making it inaccessible to those with mobility issues. There is a hard standing path from the camping area to the festival gates but from then on into the festival arena it is agricultural fields without any hard standing.

Q. Can I buy things with cash at the festival, or is it cashless?

A: All our bars are cashless apart from Rabbie’s Tavern. The ticket office and traders will take both card and cash payments.

Q. How do I apply to volunteer?

A: We really appreciate the help of all our volunteers and would be grateful if you applied via our Contact page.

Q. Do I have to pay the deposit for volunteering?

A: To volunteer at the festival a deposit equal to the ticket price is required. This is to ensure volunteers complete all their shifts and it will be refunded by bank transfer within 4 weeks of the festival so long as no shifts are missed or uncompleted. If you did not tick the box saying you could pay the deposit, you will still get the acceptance email but with an explanation that your place is not secured unless you do transfer the deposit.

Q. Can I bring my dog?

A: We don’t allow dogs or other pets to the festival unfortunately, please leave them safely at home or with someone.

Q. Can I light a fire?

A: We don’t allow open fires on site, please refrain from doing so!

Q. Do the bars and ticket office take card payments?

A: Yes all bars, ticket office and traders will take card payments.

Q. If I have a day ticket am I allowed to camp overnight?

A. Yes you can camp overnight on the day of your selected ticket but you must be completely off site by midday the following day.

Q. Are there showers on site?

Yes these can be found in the General Camping field

Upon booking your ticket(s) through our partner ticket agent, Ticketsellers, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You will be emailed a Booking Confirmation. This is NOT your ticket. E-tickets will be emailed in May.

1. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

2. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests, the Organisers and Premises Licence Holder reserve the right to refuse admission or evict from site.

3. The Festival Line up is subject to change. .

4. We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration and venue of the festival in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (but without limitation) Force Majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from authorised persons or other competent authority. In the event of such alteration neither we or our official ticket agent will be liable to the Ticket Holder or any other person for any costs, expenses or other losses resulting from such alteration.

5. You may be required to consent to a person search and/or a search of your vehicle and your belongings.  Anybody refusing a search will not be allowed entry to the festival.

6. Amnesty bins will be located near to the site entrance, this will give attendees the opportunity to dispose of any controlled substance prior to entering any search area.

7. Other prohibited items include; unauthorised sound systems, fireworks, explosives, smoke and gas canisters, air horns, flares, weapons, laser devices, drones and UAV’s, sky lanterns, and illegal drugs and New Psychoactive Substances (legal highs)

8. No animals permitted on site (except guide dogs).

10. The festival will operate a “Challenge 25” system on the ticket gate and at bars to prevent underage drinking, please make sure you bring your I.D.

11. Campsite opens at 2pm on Thursday the 12th of June to those with Thursday bolt-on tickets. Weekend ticket holders can access the camping site from Friday 13th 10am.

12. Saturday/Sunday and Sunday only tickets will be available on the gate, but are subject to availability. Day ticket buyers can enter the site at midday on the day of their ticket and can stay overnight until midday the following day.

13. Gates shut strictly for entry and re-entry at 10pm on Thursday 12th, 10pm on Friday 13th, 10pm on Saturday 14th and 6pm on Sunday 15th.

14. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual and audio promotions of the Festival.

15. No open fires are allowed at the Eden Festival. You may cook in the campsite using camping gas stove or BBQ’s.

16. No private generators are permitted.

17. All child ticket holders (12 and under) must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian who is over 21 years old.

18. All teen ticket holders (13 – 17) must be accompanied by a ticket holding guardian who is over 21 years old.

19. ID’s will be checked on the gates and anyone under the age of 18 in possession of an adult ticket runs the risk of not being allowed access to the site.

20. Cars are not permitted in the Live in Vehicle field at the festival unless they are towing a caravan.

21. The Live in Vehicle field is only available to standard campervans, caravans and converted vans only.

22. Live in Vehicles will be charged at the following rates; £50 for campervans/caravans under 6m, £60 for campervans/caravans over 6m. There will be an additional £10 surcharge on tickets purchased from the box office at the gate.

23. Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The organisers and Premises Licence Holder will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.
